羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)在(zai)作(zuo)為(wei)機(ji)械(xie)增(zeng)壓(ya)泵(beng)使(shi)用(yong)時(shi),其(qi)極(ji)限(xian)真(zhen)空(kong)與(yu)前(qian)級(ji)真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)有(you)關(guan),選(xuan)擇(ze)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)前(qian)級(ji)泵(beng)可(ke)以(yi)獲(huo)得(de)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)極(ji)限(xian)真(zhen)空(kong)。用(yong)水(shui)環(huan)真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)作(zuo)前(qian)級(ji)泵(beng)時(shi),單(dan)級(ji)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)的(de)極(ji)限(xian)真(zhen)空(kong)為(wei)1Torr左右,雙級羅茨真空泵可達2*10-2Torr,用滑閥真空泵作前級泵時,單級羅茨真空泵的極限真空為5*10-4Torr,雙級羅茨真空泵可達到1*10-5Torr。
